MultiRes ALC and X.25 gateways connect to virtually all airline and GDS mainframe hosts operating in the IBM TPF environment. The following diagram illustrates a typical implementation. The gateway operates with SCO Unix and Linux on the Intel platform, Solaris on the Sun Sparc, HP-UX on the HP 9000, and AIX on the IBM RS/6000. Remote clients on both LAN and WAN are serviced using the TCP/IP protocol.
